At Three Creeks Farm, we believe great meat begins with great animal care. Every sheep, chicken, and turkey we sell is raised here on our farm in central New Hampshire with a focus on healthy pastures, responsible stewardship, and quality from start to finish. Whether you’re purchasing lamb for the freezer or a Thanksgiving turkey for your family, we’re proud to offer food we raise ourselves.

Lamb

Our heritage Horned Dorset sheep are born and raised here at Three Creeks Farm. Throughout the grazing season, they are rotationally grazed on fresh pasture, allowing them to express their natural behaviors while helping improve the health of our fields. We know every animal from birth, and we’re proud to provide lamb that is raised entirely on our farm.

We offer whole lambs seasonally for your freezer, as well as individual cuts throughout the year while supplies last.

Pasture-Raised Chicken

In addition to lamb, we raise a limited number of pasture-raised meat chickens each season. Our chickens are moved regularly to fresh pasture and supplemented with grain.

Because inventory changes quickly, whole chickens and individual cuts are available only through our on-farm store, by appointment and while supplies last.

Drumsticks — $7.50/lb
Wings — $7.50/lb
Tenders — $12.50/lb
Whole Chickens — $6.50/lb
Whole chickens generally weigh between 4 and 6 pounds.

Thanksgiving Turkeys

Each year, we raise a limited number of Thanksgiving turkeys. The turkeys are moved daily to fresh pasture in their turkey tractors and supplemented with grain.

Our turkeys are harvested shortly before Thanksgiving and frozen. While some customers prefer fresh birds, freezing allows us to offer a range of sizes while giving the meat time to rest, resulting in a tender, flavorful turkey for your holiday table.

Turkeys generally weigh between 11 and 20 pounds and are available only through our on-farm store while supplies last.

Please contact us in the fall to inquire about availability.
